On 08/21/2008, Duane made plans for us to participate in a marketing program from "SalesTeamLive LLC", which would help us get the mailing done to generate leads for the business he was teaching us. My wife and I would share the cost with Duane and our portion was $2,750, for which amount Duane immediately asked for a check. As it turned out, the work with "SalesTeamLive LLC" never got off the ground and Duane never sent in the money, nor returned it to us. He spent the money for personal use, but realized, when we talked to him about it, that he should return this money to us. He informed us that he was doing insurance repair work on peoples homes with damaged roofs after storm Ike, and as soon as he received a couple of checks he would reimburse us the $2,750. This conversation was Nov 15, 2008 approximately. No payment has been received even that we have left him numerous messages and written him letters. We have documentation to prove this......... A complaint has been filed in the County and State Attorney's Offices.
Duane Kelley, Harrison County, Houston Texas did not forward the money to the marketing company as agreed.
